When you send us a message, ask about a vehicle or request an appointment, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, your message, the vehicle you asked about, and details like whether you have a trade-in and the best time to reach you.

Like every website, our hosting provider also receives basic technical details with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address only to stop spam from flooding our forms.

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website. The only cookie we set is for our own staff when they sign in to manage the website.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, arrange test drives and service appointments, and follow up about the vehicle or service you asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it to anyone for their marketing.

Financing applications

Our credit application is hosted by Jotform on a secure form, and Jotform’s privacy policy also applies to what you enter there. We use your application to find financing options for you, which means sharing it with the lenders we work with.

Who else sees it

A few companies help us run this website: our hosting provider, the database that stores your messages, and the email service that delivers them to our staff. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our business and customers from fraud.

Other websites

This website links to other sites, such as Facebook, Carfax and our review pages. Their own privacy policies apply once you're there.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just call or email us using the details below.

Children

This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
